Only Marysol Phantom contains a tiny amount of natural sugar cane to help mellow out the hotness. All other sauces contain no sugar, see the shop link for individual hot sauce ingredient.
We try and keep marysol as pure and natural as mother nature intended. Ghost, Phantom & Habanero sauce are preservative free. Jalapeño hot sauce has ascorbic acid (300) aka Vitamin C to preserve freshness & xanthan gum (415) to improve consistency.
