Marysol is the creation of Sancho & Lee, mates that share a mutual love for everything spicy. Having grown up in Mexico and South Korea, hotness in every meal is essential. Frustrated with the lack of hot sauces in Australia they decided to create their own - a versatile hot sauce that compliments their favourite foods that hopefully complement yours too.
Born by the sea and inspired by Sydney’s abundant sunshine, Marysol strives for the perfect balance between hotness and flavour - not destroying tastebuds. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality Australian ingredients; chillies from New South Wales and Queensland, vinegar from West of Byron and sea salt from the Great Australian Bite.

We’re committed to sourcing and providing the best Australian ingredients. We stay clear of preservatives, emulsifiers and are gluten-free and vegan friendly. To add more value and flavour, we exclude fillers and thickeners such as water and xanthan gum to make sure you get more hotness in every mouthful.
